Fabulous antique/vintage French carved wooden case barometer/thermometer from the central region of France. Hang on a wall or display on a shelf/mantle. Carving on both ends of grapes/vines. Warm patina to the wood. Barometer glass face cover is bevel glass. Weather variables/markings are in French. The barometer is in working condition; don't think the thermometer is working. Measures 11 inches wide, 6 inches tall and 1.5 inches deep (front to back). Solid wood piece.  You can see the brass barometer workings in the center behind the dials.
